Core Glow glow-in-the-dark marble aggregate is the industry standard in photoluminescent lighting. Glow-in-the-dark aggregate is powered entirely by light, with no batteries, bulbs, wiring or electricity required. It offers a whimsical, eco-friendly alternative to electric lighting (or battery-powered solar lights) where there is a desire to minimize light pollution or energy consumption, or where electric lighting is prohibitively expensive or unfeasible.

The stones absorb light quickly during the day and release it slowly during the night, glowing very brightly for the first hour or so, and then gradually fading throughout the night. Depending on the grade of glow stone used (Commercial or Quantum grade), the stones will glow for a total of 8-12 hours with a full charge. Core Glow glow-in-the-dark aggregate is guaranteed to glow for 20 years or more.

Glow-in-the-dark aggregate can be added loose to flowerpots or garden beds or incorporated into concrete surfaces, countertops, floors, driveways, pathways, pool decks, and more. PRODUCT GRADES

Core Glow aggregate comes in two grades, Commercial Grade and Quantum Grade.

Quantum grade glow stone has the highest concentration of glow powder for a brighter, longer glow. On a full charge, Quantum grade products will glow to 10-12 hours over night.

Commercial grade aggregate contains less glow powder, and is therefore cheaper than Quantum grade products. This results in a slightly less intense glow, and a shorter glow time of 8-10 hours. Commercial grade glow stone still produces a remarkable glow effect, and offers a more budget-friendly option where large volumes are required.

COLOURS

Glow-in-the-dark aggregate is available in three different colours: green, aqua and blue. Green glow stone absorbs light most quickly and will provide the brightest initial glow. Green is recommended where the glow is intended as a safety feature. Aqua has a softer initial glow, but has the longest afterglow. Blue glow stone provides the most mellow glow, and works well in spas, bathrooms and spaces geared toward relaxation.

In the daylight, green and aqua glow stones have a yellowish appearance, while the blue stones are closer to white. Some clients prefer the blue glow stones because of their daytime appearance.

Colours can be combined for a multi-coloured glow effect.
